Returns

Try TheraViva products for 30 days RISK FREE! If you're not completely satisfied, return your item(s) for a refund or an exchange.

Items that are returned will not be re-sold! To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, returned items be destroyed and disposed.

TheraViva offers a 30 day money back guarantee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require your name and order number.
Please do not send your package out until you have spoken to our customer care team at support@theraviva.co

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Damaged Items
In the case that you receive a damaged item, you must first Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged item(s). Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
TheraViva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, TheraViva will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Money Back Guarantee 
Our money back guarantee is in place to make sure our customers are not wronged. Our products are manufactured with the best quality materials and high attention to detail. However, due to human error products can be, from time to time, effective. In this case we issue you a full refund or offer to replace your product free of charge. If a customer would like to return their product for any reason other then the condition of the product we will gladly refund the price of the product within 30 days so long as the customer pays return shipping. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Extended Warranty
Our extended warranty covers damages to our products such as break and falls, lcd display malfunctions, and charger and charging port issues. With our extended warranty we will ensure the repair or replacement of your damaged product(s). The use of this repair/replacement is limited to one per warranty.
